- Inquiries on products can be made by telephone, email or mail.

- Payment methods are Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, money order, bank check or personal check (personal checks must clear before the manufacturing or shipping of products).

- When ordering custom products, 20% of the price must be paid up front to reserve production time. The remaining 80% plus shipping costs must be paid when the product is ready to ship. The 20% down payment is non-refundable.

- Production schedules will vary throughout the year. A lead time will be quoted at the time of ordering.

- Additional charges will apply to most modifications.

- Upon receiving products, please examine them closely and try them on in your home, being sure that they remain clean and undamaged. Once products show any signs of use, they are non-returnable.

- To return unused products, permission must be received, in writing, by Smith Hockey Co.

- The customer is responsible for any shipping costs, taxes, tariffs, duties or brokerage fees that may apply.

- Products will normally be shipped by FedEx or U.S. Mail.

- $25 will be charged to the customer on any returned checks.

The equipment manufactured by Smith Hockey Co. is designed to protect players from injuries but in no way does Smith Hockey Co. guarantee against a player receiving injuries while wearing our products. Smith Hockey Co. will not be held liable for any injuries sustained while using our products.
